A Club Born from Heart
ASD Polisportiva Terminio was born in the heart of Volturara Irpina, a mountain town in Campania where clouds brush the peak of Monte Terminio and traditions run deep.
During the pandemic, when isolation and uncertainty weighed heavy, a group of lifelong friends and footballers came together with a simple dream: to give the town its club back.
Volturara had gone years without a team to call its own. Yet in just two short seasons, Terminio rose from nothing, winning the Terza Categoria championship in our very first year, earning promotion, and becoming once again the heartbeat of the valley.
What started as a grassroots idea quickly became a movement of joy and pride, rekindling something many thought was lost: the sound of football echoing through our streets, and the sight of our people united behind one crest.

The Legend of the Three-Headed Dragon
Volturara carries an ancient legend: the tale of the three-headed dragon of Monte Terminio.
The dragon, it is said, lived beneath the mountain, guarding the valley with its three heads, each symbolizing the past, present, and future of the town. For years, the dragon slept, its fire hidden, as the town endured hardship and silence without a club.
But when ASD Terminio was reborn, many said they felt the dragon stirring again. Its roar is heard in the chants of the Ultras, its fire in the red smoke on matchdays, and its three heads in the unity of our history, our fight today, and the dreams of tomorrow.
The dragon has become our symbol, our reminder that greatness has always lived in Volturara, waiting to be awakened.

The Spirit of the Community
Terminio is more than football. It is family, friendship, and belonging.
Victories spark parades of cars through the town; sponsor bars overflow with songs, flags, and smiles; defeats are met with resilience and the promise to rise again.
Our Ultras Terminio fill every match with color and fire. With chants, drums, smoke flares, and dragon banners, they transform each game into a festival, urging our players forward and reminding them they represent more than themselves. They represent a community.
We are also builders of the future. Our academy and summer camps engage children year-round, offering both boys and girls the chance to play, grow, and dream. Football here is a tool for education, character, and hope.

Football Returns Home to Dragon’s Valley
Thanks to municipal support, the Stadio Cianciulli is being fully renovated and entrusted to Terminio. Soon, football will return to the heart of the valley. For our diaspora, returning for a Terminio home match is the chance to reconnect with their roots. For FCG members visiting from around the world, it will be a living immersion in Southern Italian football and culture.

Enter Football Club Group (FCG)
In 2025, ASD Terminio entered a new era through its acquisition by Football Club Group (FCG), a member-owned global community of football club owners.
FCG is not an investor, but a cooperative of people: fans, dreamers, and members around the world who together own and steward clubs like Terminio. Every member holds a voice, a vote, and a share, building a new kind of football where supporters are at the center of decision-making.
Through FCG, Terminio is now connected to thousands of members worldwide, united by the values of democracy, inclusivity, and excellence.

A group of friends form ASD Terminio during the pandemic.

The club wins the Terza Categoria (9th tier) in its first season, earning promotion.

ASD Terminio officially joins FCG, becoming part of the global member-owned model.
